Returns or exchanges are not allowed.

Check your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is flawed, harmed, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that I can assess the problem and correct it.

All items are shipped via UPS or Canada Post unless stated otherwise via tracking.

Current turn around time for:

Cups: 2-5 business days.

Tote Bags & Apparel: 1-2 weeks.

I have no control over your package once given to the courier . Please contact me for any issues regarding your order.
